A bit more than 2 years ago, we decided to develop our own Mobile Apps. It was a really bold decision as it had an impact on our Product organization, on our whole internal Tech ecosystem and even on the Customer Journey, but still it was a great move.
In this presentation, I’ll be pleased to share why, all the generated learnings and finally some key best practices to successfully launch Mobile Apps.
This talk is addressed to tech companies that are currently designing their Mobile App strategy. This is also a call for joining the discussion to all teams that have already experienced this situation.
