PRESENTERS

Ivan Ottaviani: soft skills coach and trainer, specialized in sales communication, public speaking and problem solving. He has a background in theatre and improvisation and he is also a member of Toastmasters International since 2003 with the qualification of DTM. His goal is to foster the creative potential of every individual and to make a contribution to the successful achievements of every team and company. Based in Milan (Italy) he delivers trainings in Italian and English around Italy and Europe.

Emilia Fossati: Architect and UX consultant, specialized in user research, digital products, service design and user-centred communication. She is currently the Division Director of Toastmasters Spain East.
