Business Agility e Inteligencia Artificial: La fórmula de los nuevos líderes para transformar la gestión empresarial
Por IEBS Business School
The paradigm of digital transformation has changed radically. In a corporate environment saturated with technological tools, the true differentiating factor for companies is no longer just adopting Artificial Intelligence, but completely reconfiguring their leadership and organizational agility.
To provide a clear roadmap in this context, IEBS Business School is organizing the Digital Leaders & Agile Organizations Summit next Thursday, July 2, at 6:00 p.m. Spain time.
The event, which will be online and free of charge, will explore how organizations can move from simply “doing Agile” as a methodology to developing a true culture of Business Agility.
During the session, the direct impact of AI on everyday team structures will be analyzed, including the challenges faced by management committees and why emerging roles such as the AI Project Manager are becoming essential to align strategy with technological execution.
The event is designed for executives, product leaders, project managers, and Agile teams focused on building structures capable of making better decisions, learning faster, and adapting to continuous change.
Leading experts in transformation and corporate agility
The event will be presented by Israel Alcázar, Co-founder Partner at Thinking With You and professor of the Master in Digital Project Management at IEBS. The main section will bring together a prominent panel of professionals from international firms and strategic consultancies, who will share use cases and key perspectives for management:
● Jorge Bustillo, Head of Continuous Improvement IT Services at Zurich: He will address the leadership strategies needed in today’s context in his talk “Leading in the Age of AI: How to Prepare Teams”.
● Alex Ballarin, OKR Coach & Professional Scrum Trainer at Itnove: He will break down the evolution of management roles in his talk “AI Project Manager: The Profile that Connects Strategy, Technology, and Value”.
● Yanina Wax, Partner and Business Agility Manager at Improven: She will present the operational pillars in the session “Business Agility: How to Build Organizations that Learn and Adapt”.
To close the event, there will be a roundtable discussion: “Change is not managed, it is led: how to create organizations prepared to decide, learn, and adapt”. This strategic debate for decision-making will feature the participation of:
● Julio Abdala: Business Architecture Manager at Accenture and Founder of Kulture Agility.
● Ester de la Cerda: Business Process Efficiency Consultant at FeedBackGround.
