Best Practice Desigual: Retos comerciales e innovación digital en tiempos de pandemia
We share the video of the first session of the new Best Practice modality with our partners. We opened this cycle with Desigual, corporate partner of Barcelona Tech City, who shared with us their experience when rethinking one of the most important commercial moments of the year: its annual sales convention (which could not be held in person due to the pandemic).
Toni Maristany (Head of Wholesale, DS & Travel), Javier Fernández (Technology Innovation Leader) and Guillem Gallego (Chief Marketing Officer) explained to us that in a matter of weeks the Desigual departments were able to develop a virtual Showroom that allowed them to transmit to their commercial agents and final-customers the experience of being in the company’s Headquarters in Barcelona and getting to know the spring-summer 2021 collection.
