Barcelona Tech City continues supporting actions to mitigate the impact of the current health crisis. Some of its associated companies in the Proptech sector launched an initiative with the aim of multiplying the scope of action among associates and partners in favor of the Spanish Federation of Food Banks.

“Proptech Solidarias”, carried out in collaboration with the Spanish Federation of Food Banks (FESBAL), has launched jointly by five organizations: Brickbro, Barcelona Tech City, Badi, Kasaz, Spotahome and PropTechBiz.

The goal is to support the increase demand of food banks in meeting the needs of people who come to their centers on a regular basis to access basic foods due to the situation generated by COVID-19.

The funds will be raised through the fundraising platform contraelcoronavirus.org and will be entirely allocated to the various food banks in the country. The campaign is open to donations from companies and individuals.

Advancing, Akiles, ByHours, Casafari, CAT Real Estate, Daysk, Finteca, Floorfy, Housell, Inviertis, Kasaz, Pisos.com and Tiko, among others, have lately joined the initial campaign party.
