This partnership will allow JLL to connect with an ecosystem of more than 1,400 members and 90 partners, boosting its ability to adopt and promote innovative solutions, particularly in the field of proptech.

The partnership comes at a time in which the city has seen an improvement in its real estate indicators in 2024. Thus, a notable increase has been detected in office contracting, reaching 240,000 square meters in the January-September 2024 period, representing a 38% growth compared to the same period in 2023. The technology industry plays a major role and the retail market is very active, with many digital native brands looking to open a physical space in the city’s main shopping streets.
