Venturelab set sails in 2004 as the National Entrepreneurial Training initiative mandated by the Swiss Innovation Agency to IFJ the Institute for Young Entrepreneurs based in St Gallen. To further improve the support offered to the best entrepreneurs in Switzerland, we have continuously designed and deployed new tools and programs thanks to our partners and supporters such as Venture Leaders in 2006, Venture Kick in 2007, TOP100 Swiss Startup in 2011, Swisscom Startup Challenge in 2013, or the new Innosuisse Startup Training in 2018.

In the past 17 years, we have supported more than 1,000 startups in their global growth and over 40,000 people in the startup ecosystem across our programs and events.
