We’re thrilled to invite you to join us at DeepTech DemoDay, an online event on 26th October where you can explore science-based projects and technologies from The Collider in 2023. These projects span various sectors such as cleantech, energy, electronics, health, and industry 4.0.
All these projects are founded on scientific research conducted at some of Europe’s most prestigious universities and research centers. They are currently undergoing development in The Collider’s venture builder programs, where they receive extensive support to bring their groundbreaking technologies to the market and establish promising startups.
This will be the first time they are presented to the industry.
The DemoDay will be entirely online, taking place in the morning on the 26th of October.

Based on the Biodesign methodology, created by Stanford University, participants will experience a full cycle of innovation working in multidisciplinary groups.
How it will work? Teams of 5-6 people will be set up to:
- Identify an unmet clinical need;
- Create a tangible solution, going from its conceptualization to the prototyping;
- Develop the business model to bring the product to market is the third part of the methodology;
- Do an elevator pitch.
The workshop will be conducted in English and the registration is free (limited seats available).

K.I.D.S. Foundation -The Children’s Hospital Innovators Club will be hosting the international Pediatric Innovation Day, organized by i4KIDS and i4KIDS EUROPE.
The conference will take place in Warsaw, Poland on October 27, 2023. Its main goal is to promote the idea of pediatric innovations, exchange knowledge and inspire further research in this area. The participation is free of charge.
The Pediatric Innovation Day conference will bring together representatives of pediatric hospitals, experts, doctors and representatives of companies and start-ups from all over Europe. This unique event creates a space for a discussion on the implementation of pediatric innovations, as well as opportunities to introduce new solutions in children’s healthcare.
The conference is part of the EU i4KIDS-EUROPE project and aims to integrate various European pediatric stakeholders and their participation in the discussion on innovation. The event will focus on discussing the needs and barriers affecting the development of the European pediatric innovation ecosystem.
The final of the EIT Health “Wild Card” project will take place during the event. Seven selected startups from all over Europe will present their innovative solutions in the field of pediatrics.
