How might CCEP improve traceability of our products throughout our Supply chain in collaboration with our partners to build towards a more circular economy?

We’re kicking off our first open challenge designed to find the startups and bright minds capable of delivering the next generation of technologies which can help us work towards our sustainability goals.

WHO CAN APPLY?

• Startups

We are looking for startups (from pre-seed or growth stage) with ready to deliver solutions. Startups will need to choose if they want to participate from Berlin or Barcelona, although they must be an EU or UK entity.

• Students

The winning team will receive funding to develop and implement the pilot

There is also an opportunity for students, who will be part of a matchmaking process with those startups that may need an extra pair of hands during the IDEATION WEEKEND.

Why participate?

CCEP is committed to working with the winning project and will be contributing valuable time and experience, sharing resources and assets where relevant. Together with MWCapital, a proof of concept pilot will be funded, to test and prove the value of the solution and its potential for scale

The Open Call will be opened until April 2st.
On April 26th, we will announce selected startups and do matchmaking with startups.

The Private Equity and Venture Capital Conference is hosted annually by IESE Business School for leaders in the sector to exchange perspectives, experiences, and trends, paired with networking opportunities.

 This year, the conference will be rooted around the change in the business cycle. We will be asking reputed investors their view on the sector outlook and how their investment strategy has changed. Moreover, we will also be discussing the critical importance of Climate Tech and Sustainable Investing.

 The conference that will take place in person on the 19th of April 2024 in Barcelona, Spain and will feature leaders from some of the most reputable firms globally in both Private Equity and Venture Capital.

 The Private Equity and Venture Capital Conference is organized by the PEVC Club, a professional student club at IESE Business School, and in partnership with SPAINCAP, the Spanish association for Private Equity and Venture Capital.

Les conseqüències del canvi climàtic estan canviant els hàbits de consum i accelerant la creació de normatives nacionals i internacionals ambientals que afecten les empreses.

La mesura i comunicació de la sostenibilitat permet a les empreses donar resposta als requeriments dels seus clients i d’altres agents de la seva cadena de valor cada cop més exigents en matèria de sostenibilitat. A més, els permet acomplir amb les diferents normatives que els poden afectar.

El novembre del 2022, el Consell Europeu va aprovar la Directiva relativa a la presentació d’informació no financera sobre sostenibilitat (CSRD- Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive), que obliga les empreses a publicar informació en relació amb els drets mediambientals, els drets socials, els drets humans i de governança a partir de 2025. El Grup Consultiu Europeu en matèria d’Informació Financera (EFRAG) ha publicat els primers Estàndards d’Informació de Sostenibilitat de la UE.

En aquesta sessió es presentaran aquestes novetats normatives i com afecten les petites i mitjanes empreses. Veurem per què és important comunicar l’impacte en sostenibilitat, els avantatges de fer un bon reporting per evitar el greenwashing i s’explicaran tendències i pràctiques per inspirar a les pimes.

El próximo 4 de abril (jueves), a las 18:00 horas, presentaremos en Barcelona una nueva edición del ‘Observatorio de Empresas Gacela’, que elaboramos cada año con la Universidad de Sevilla. El evento, organizado con la colaboración del Ayuntamiento de Barcelona, se celebrará en el Edificio MediaTIC y podrá seguirse de manera presencial o en línea (en ambos casos es necesario inscribirse en el enlace habilitado)

En esta nueva entrega del informe hemos analizado las características y la distribución territorial de las 5.200 empresas que consiguieron pasar de pequeñas a medianas en España entre 2019 y 2022. Por segundo año consecutivo, además, presentamos resultados desagregados a nivel municipal, que podrán consultarse en una herramienta de visualización interactiva. Como novedad, en esta edición ponemos el foco sobre las empresas gacela en las ramas de actividad más intensivas en conocimiento y tecnología.

La jornada, que durará cerca de una hora, contará con una intervención de bienvenida del alcalde de Barcelona, Jaume Collboni.
