We are on a mission to create a community around the restaurant industry that encourages people to get together, experience new cultures through new cuisines and improve their dining experience from start to finish. We do this by helping restaurants with several errors the industry strongly suffers from. As restaurants struggle with increasing costs for food, rent and staff wages, owners rely heavily on their employees to deliver, despite less than favourable working conditions. Not uncommonly, this results in employees being pushed to their limits and ultimately, quitting. By creating a system that allows restaurants to remove the payment process entirely, and adding tools to further improve the service quality, we make sure the overall dining experience is enhanced and staff members are less stressed. As a result, bonappo makes it possible to drastically simplify a waiters’ job, create more fulfilled customers, and give restaurant owners the financial freedom they need to stay in business.
